My Bar

I’m slowly building up a home bar by collecting ingredients that go into my favourites, and other popular drinks. So far, my back bar consists of:

  • Gin – Bombay Sapphire, Worship Street Whistling Shop Cream Gin.
  • Liqueur – Benedictine, Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur, Boudier Creme de Cassis, Briottet Creme de Mure, Chambord, Chase Rhubarb Liqueur, Cointreau, Galliano Vanilla, Giffard Creme de Cacao, Grand Marnier, Kamm & Sons Ginseng Liqueur, King’s Ginger, Lazzaroni Amaretto, Luxardo Maraschino, Saint Germain Elderflower Liqueur.
  • Other – Aperol, Bitter Truth Pimento Dram, Campari, Crabbie’s Ginger Wine, Graham’s 10 Tawny Port, La Clandestine Absinthe, rosewater, Sipsmith Summer Cup.
  • Rum – Bacardi, Cockspur, Havana Club 3, Havana Club 7.
  • Rye Whiskey – Wasmund’s Rye.

  • Syrups – 4:3 homemade sugar syrup, agave syrup, homemade earl grey syrup, homemade sour mix, Monin Grenadine, Monin Orgeat, mulling syrup.
  • Tequila – Ocho Reposado.
  • Vermouth – Blackdown Vermouth, Cocchi Americano, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino.
  • Vodka – Absolut Expression, Absolut London, Chase Marmalade, Sallut Pepper Vodka.
